He is a seasoned teacher, mentor, and apostolic leader

with a strong mandate to raise loyal assistants and build healthy ministry structures.


His work focuses on helping individuals discover their place, embrace their calling, and function effectively without confusion, competition, or misalignment.

He serves as the Executive Director of Dag Heward-Mills Ministry Worldwide, where he oversees global operations and leadership development initiatives, equipping ministers, leaders, and organisations for greater effectiveness and lasting impact.

Dr. Bright is also the Executive Director of Mandatic DIMEC Global and the Lead Instructor at Mandate LeadAssist Institute, where he trains and mentors assistants, leaders, and professionals to function with excellence in both leadership and support roles.

Driven by a passion to raise capable and loyal leaders, he founded the International College of Loyal Assistants (ICOLA), a specialised institution dedicated to training assistants, church workers, and help ministers for effective service and leadership support.

Over the years, he has travelled extensively, equipping churches, training assistants, mentoring leaders, and strengthening ministries across nations through conferences, trainings, and strategic initiatives.
